CyberDefender to Demo New Consumer Cyber Security Technologies During ShowStoppers at CES

CyberDefender Corporation (OTCBB: CYDE), a provider of PC security, Antispyware/Antivirus Software, PC Optimization, PC Support, and Identity Theft Prevention solutions, will demo multiple new consumer cyber security technologies and products set for launch in 2010 on Jan. 7, 2009 from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. at ShowStoppers at CES. The 2010 International CES will be held Thursday-Sunday, Jan. 7-10, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

ShowStoppers, now in its 16th year, produces invitation-only private events that organize company launches, product introductions, sneak previews and hands-on product demos for reporters, editors, columnists, bloggers and industry analysts - trade, consumer, entertainment and business journalists and analysts. The attendees are specifically selected and qualified in advance by ShowStoppers.

"We are excited to showcase the first in our series of new technologies and next generation products at the Consumer Electronics Show at the ShowStoppers world class media event,” said Igor Barash, Chief Product Officer at CyberDefender. “Limited to only 100 exhibitors, this event is slated for over 800 media editors and analyst attendees, and we look forward to introducing them to CyberDefender’s innovative Internet security platform. It is our first time attending this prestigious industry event, and we have a great lineup of new products uniquely engineered to enhance online safety for consumers,” Barash continued.

“Among the new technologies we will introduce at ShowStoppers are a new safe web browsing environment which prevents existing key loggers and spyware from viewing your personal information during financial transactions, a new common user interface which will greatly simplify how to use and organize our software, and new tools to combat fake anti-malware,” concluded Barash.

More detailed information on the company’s new technologies will be released during the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January.
