Intelestream Releases intelecrm on The Amazon Elastic Cloud

Intelestream, Inc., a company specialized in open source CRM consulting, announced immediate availability of the intelecrm Cloud Edition application on the Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2). The intelecrm Cloud Edition combines a user-friendly interface with sophisticated functionality that incorporates total sales force automation, advanced reporting, and intelecrm’s recent addition of the Superfast Screen data entry module into an affordable and highly customizable platform. The intelecrm solution can literally be deployed on Amazon EC2 with the push of a button.

Since its initial launch in 2008, intelecrm, has rapidly become a leading CRM application witnessing rapid global success. Customers range from small and medium sized business to Fortune 500 companies. The growth of this offering rivals that of some of the most popular proprietary products in the CRM industry.

The combination of the intelecrm Cloud Edition platform and Amazon EC2 provides a convenient, scalable virtual computing environment that breaks down walls and effectively provides limitless options for customization, integration, and growth. The application also reduces the price tag of a typical CRM deployment by eliminating up-front capital expenditures for hardware and software, while reducing ongoing IT infrastructure support expenses.

With intelecrm Cloud Edition, customers can leverage the advantages of cloud computing technology to instantly scale the application up or down, depending on their particular needs. Cloud computing allows IT departments to increase capacity or add capabilities ’on the fly’ without investing in new hardware, personnel, or software by accessing virtual servers available over the Internet to handle computing needs. intelecrm is deployed in a secure, private environment, giving customers total control of their application and computing resources.

“From day one of our inception, Intelestream has always been a strong proponent of cloud computing. By teaming with Amazon we can fully realize the potential of the concept with our own application," comments Intelestream CEO Jason Green. “For our customers, anything is possible; as a customizable application in the cloud, intelecrm provides limitless flexibility.”

Another key benefit of deploying intelecrm on the Amazon Cloud infrastructure centers on international business. “Many regulations require data to be hosted in the country or region that the company is doing business in. With the Amazon partnership, we can utilize their global cloud infrastructure to grow our international account base even further,” comments Ray Stoeckicht, VP of Consulting Services. “Customers will benefit from lower latency and faster performance due to the data residing locally.”

intelecrm Cloud Edition subscriptions include application support, service packs, and access to intelecrm’s automated upgrade tools. Intelestream can also provide implementation, customization, integration and customer-specific cloud images through its Professional Services division.

intelecrm Cloud Edition is available immediately through Intelestream and its authorized partners. For more information, including pricing, contact or (800) 391.4055
