Images of Flower, sun and rain from Suda51

Ranking high in wish lists for games to be translated for the american market, Flower, sun and rain will finally see the light of day here while its creator, Suda51, confirms the platform - the Nintendo DS. Goichi Suda aka Suda51 (in japanese, ’’Go’’ means 5 and ’’ichi’’ means 1), maker of such particular videogames as Killer 7, God Hand and No More Heroes, has just announced its most recent project that was kept under heavy secret until now. It’s an exclusive Nintendo DS title - Flower, sun and rain, which happens to be one of its first creations reworked to use the new features of the portable console.

The american market will finally be able to dwelve into a mysterious world full of adventure where the player takes the role of a detective. He must locate and defure a bomb, but doing so requires to solve a wide array of enigmas with consequences, and weird ones to boot. Originally, Flower, rain and sun was only available for the Playstation 2 in Japan. It will be released overseas in mid-October 2008.
