Prince of Persia: Prodigy revealed with images

Ubisoft finally lifted the curtain from one of its most important project to come, Prince of Persia: Prodigy on the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms. Announced for late in 2008, it has a truly different style from the other titles in the series. The new Prince of Persia distances itself from its predecessors in the sense that it features graphics using the cel-shading technology, in other words an appearance that is ’’cartoony’’.

Its development team is the same that helmed the commercial success that is Assassin’s Creed from Ubisoft Montreal, helped with the creators of the initial The Sands of Time trilogy. It seems the Prince is now equipped with some kind of claws that allows him to hang on different textures from the environments, which seem taken from a fairy book.
