A head-mounted camera

The various types of cameras abound on the market, but that does not stop from seeing some newer ones with astonishing concepts like it is the case with the UKP300. The videos have been the center of attention for several years. With the arrival of YouTube and similar sharing services, each individual can become a film maker with his camera or his cellphone - everything is the object of videos, from battles between teenagers to wannabe singers of popular groups.

Truth be told, all do not have an innate talent or good ideas. However, the fashion is indeed there and takes much place in the life of million of people throughout the whole world. Microsoft will try to take advantage of this very lucrative market by proposing a tactical camera which is placed on the head. The UKP300 is used by the United Kingdom police force for monitoring purposes. It clips to the ears and the wires goes behind the head. Notable fact, a microphone to record audio is built in this package. Its lens give cover an angle of 80 degrees with a thickness of 4.3 millimeters

The camera comes with all the necessary to connect to a power source or varied devices. Moreover, its additional connections enable it to be used with any recorder provided with video and audio phonic ports. The videos produced by the UKP300 are of very high quality with a resolution of 450TVL. The gadget is offered at the online shop of electronics supplier Maplin for the cost of 229.99 euros, that is to say roughly 365 Canadian dollars. Not only peace agents could see a use for this kind of machine ; the camera could be used to record bike trips or any other activity which features some sort of movement, otherwise causing many concerns with a camera in hands.
