Jim Louderback of Revision3 To Deliver Day Two Keynote at nextMEDIA - The Future of Digital Content

Jim Louderback, CEO of Revision3 — the TV Network for the Internet generation — will deliver the Day Two keynote address at nextMEDIA - The Future of Digital Content. The three-day event is scheduled for June 6 - 8, 2008, at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, Alberta. nextMEDIA is the sister event to the Banff World Television Festival and the premier event for Canadian content producers, media executives and Web entrepreneurs.

Jim Louderback joined Revision3 as the CEO in July 2007 after 16 years in various media and technology management roles, including leading editorial and lab efforts for PC Week, and being on the launch team for ZDTV/TechTV - the first 24-hour cable network devoted to technology. During his keynote, Jim will outline the important relationship existing between content and community, and discuss the various strategies that have made Revision3 a hit with both audiences and advertisers.

In 2007, Revision3 delivered more than 25 million shows, and over 103 million clips. Utilizing a unique mix of customized message integration and host mentions, the network has been able to attract top advertisers such as Dolby, Netflix, Sony, Verizon, Virgin America and others.

Revision3 was founded in April 2005 by Kevin Rose and Jay Adelson, co-founders of the social bookmarking site digg (http://digg.com), and David Prager, a producer, tech writer and journalist with ZDTV and TechTV (http://www.g4tv.com/techtvvault/features/index.html). Revision3 programming covers technology, comedy, modern culture, music and more. Its shows can be found everywhere from Revision3.com to a wide range of traditional and new platforms, including Joost (http://www.joost.com), blinkx (http://www.blinkx.com), the Miro Internet TV platform (http://www.revision3.com/content/miro), VideoClix (http://www.VideoClix.tv), bliptv (http://blip.tv), iTunes, Bittorrent, DivX, and PyroTV . Shows can be watched on any device, from a cell phone to an Apple Nano, on a computer or a TV.

About Jim Louderback: >br> Jim Louderback most recently served as senior vice president and editorial director for Ziff Davis Media’s Consumer group, and was Editor-in-Chief of PC Magazine. Prior to jumping into the media world, Jim built computer systems for Fortune 500 companies, managed the ticketing and ground operations for regional airlines, and attended various institutions of higher learning in the Northeast. He has a Math degree from UVM, and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School.
