New Compact HD Cameracorder HD1000 1080 from Sanyo

Following the launch of the SANYO Xacti HD1000 full HD cameracorder, SANYO Canada has introduced the SANYO Xacti HD700 - a stylish and compact 720p HD cameracorder with 7 megapixel still photo capture capabilities. This compact HD digital cameracorder offers high definition 1280x720p MPEG 4 video recording with the new AVC/H.264 Video compression, 5x optical and 12x digital zoom, 2.7-inch widescreen display, up to ISO 3200 sensitivity, full digital stereo sound, built-in stabilizer, in-camera editing and webcam function.

The HD700 records both video and still images onto an SD or SDHC memory card and is HDMI compatible through its docking station.

The SANYO Xacti HD700 will be available in cool silver and metallic red in October at Canadian retailers including Centre HiFi, L.L. Lozeau, 2001 Audio Video, Bay Bloor Radio, Henry’s, TeleCity Electronics, Audio Warehouse, Advance Electronics, A&B Sound, NCIX, Best Buy Online and Dell.ca for an MSRP of CAN $749.99.
