Softchoice had an outstanding fiscal 2006, achieving record revenue of US$703.2 million. In addition to ongoing investments in its call centers and local branch network, Softchoice has focused on delivering a broad set of offerings to help customers address IT challenges such as server consolidation and virtualization, security, storage, and print management.
In 2006, the Company continued to develop a number of innovative services that enhance the total customer experience. The Softchoice TechCheck(TM), for example, is a consultative IT Asset Management Service that is designed to reduce the cost and complexity of managing IT resources by providing customers with clear, actionable insights into their IT systems management process. During the year, Softchoice also formally launched the Softchoice Partner Alliance (SPA), a North American-wide program that gives customers access to best of breed partners with expertise in areas such as systems integration and configuration, training and ongoing help desk support.
