GuestLogix Announces Appointment of New Director

GuestLogix Inc. (TSX:GXI), the leading global provider of onboard retail and payment technology solutions to airlines and the passenger travel industry, announced the appointment of Mr. Jamie Halegoua to the Company’s Board of Directors, effectively immediately. With the addition of Mr. Halegoua, the Company’s Board of Directors will consist of seven directors.

"Jamie’s appointment broadens the skills and perspectives represented on the Board and strengthens GuestLogix’ position as we work to further expand our global footprint, enter new markets and leverage our proven strengths," said Mr. Tom Douramakos, Chair of the Board of Directors and President and CEO of GuestLogix.

"Jamie’s business acumen and financial industry expertise will complement the deep travel industry experience already well represented on the Board of Directors. We are pleased to welcome him to the team."

Mr. Halegoua brings a wealth of financial and investment experience to the Board of Directors, having been in finance for more than 15 years, 10 of which have been spent managing investment portfolios. He is currently a portfolio manager at Delaware Street Capital, founded by Andrew Bluhm.
