As VP, Avaya Professional Services (APS), Sandra Devine will lead the APS organization. She will continue to strengthen Avaya’s solutions orientation and its commitment to meeting the multidimensional needs of its global customers. She will also mobilize her team to deliver Avaya’s full suite of next-generation solutions, focused on speed, quality and efficiency.
Devine comes to Avaya with nearly 30 years of experience in technology services, including systems integration and consulting, IP-based solutions, and outsourcing. Most recently, Devine served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the US Northeast Region at CGI. Prior to CGI, Devine served as Vice President of Strategic Sales for HP.
Todd Johnstone joins Avaya as VP, Global Sales Operations. Johnstone was most recently CEO of GE Energy — Industrial Solutions EMEA, a global business providing safe, smart and efficient solutions in more than 50 countries. Over the past 19 years at GE, Todd held multiple senior leadership positions including Sourcing General Manager for GE Lighting EMEA, Customer Service Leader EMEA and General Manager for GE Service EMEA.
Johnstone has extensive global experience in finance, sourcing, service and product management and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He brings extensive, quality-driven operational experience to his new role at Avaya.
