"Over the past decade, GuestLogix has proven its strength as the leading processor of ancillary revenue transactions for the passenger travel industry," said Tom Douramakos, President and CEO of GuestLogix. "The first 10 years have been an incredible journey, but the best is yet to come. We anticipate even greater things in the years ahead as we expand our footprint, enter new markets and introduce new technology offerings."

In 2009, GuestLogix hosted its first annual user conference for its global airline customers and partners to learn about the latest ’buying in the sky’ innovations. And in 2011, the Company strengthened its position by establishing Regional Headquarters in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Today, GuestLogix employs more than 100 people.
Ten years ago, GuestLogix introduced a revolutionary approach to onboard retailing by offering the global airline industry innovative technology to help grow ancillary revenues, enhance the passenger travel experience and build brand loyalty.
"Our 10-year mark underscores GuestLogix’ success in the global airline industry," said Brett Proud, Executive Vice President, New Markets and Products for GuestLogix. "In 2012, we will begin deploying our storefront technology and transaction processing engine into in-flight entertainment systems. GuestLogix was created on a foundation of innovation.
