PopCap Games, the worldwide leader in casual games, today announced the global launch of Peggle® HD for the iPad®. A franchise first, Peggle HD includes Game Center support with 29 achievements and an in-app purchase option for the complete Peggle Nights game.

For a limited time only, Peggle HD will be available for a special introductory price of $2.99 from the Apple App Store with the in-app purchase option of Peggle Nights for US$.99. Thereafter, the games will be available for US$4.99 and US$1.99, respectively.

Peggle combines elements of pinball, pool and pachinko to create a completely different kind of game experience.
