5 Technicolor artists nominated at Emmys Awards 2011

Nominations for the Emmy Awards night, which will be presented live from Los Angeles on September 18th, were announced last week. Miniseries’ Pillars of the Earth, a Canada-Germany coproduction, post produced at Technicolor Creative Services Montreal, collects seven nominations, including Outstanding Sound Editing For A Miniseries, Movie Or A Special.

Audio and video postproduction services of this eight episodes’ TV series were produced at Technicolor’s Montreal studios. Five of our artists, Marcel Pothier, Christian Rivest, Antoine Morin, Guy Pelletier and Guy Francoeur, are joining the list of nominees of this prestigious television industry award.

Technicolor is proud to have taken part in this production and wishes all the best to the producers, Tandem Communications, Muse Entertainment, as well as Starz Entertainment and to its sound editing team!
