Remote-Learner has unveiled new integration with Adobe Connect to deliver synchronous web conferencing inside of Moodle, an open-source learning management system that helps educators produce Internet-based courses and web sites. This new plug-in provides a single sign-on between the two systems to facilitate eLearning through Moodle. Instructors can now create and manage their meeting rooms inside of Moodle, with students able to click and load them easily within the eLearning environment.

“Providing a synchronous online course experience with Adobe Connect and Moodle, one of the top learning management systems, gives us the best of both worlds in terms of delivering on blended learning activities,” said Remote-Learner CLO Michelle Moore.

Remote-Learner continues its commitment to the Moodle community by donating the source code for the integration under General Public License (GPL). Remote-Learner will also provide enterprise support for the plug-in.
